We came from suburban Chicago in May, so understand why the underwriting decision makes sense. It is still disappointing. Your representative did all she could to make the insurance work. Thank to her for her work. Please acknowledge this text ad I am in need of proof that a temp number is working Thank you"

"Staff is friendly but no one can figure out how to get the drive safe and save discount applied to my account. The bluetooth beacon works and tracks my driving I just dont receive the discount. Update: Five minutes after I posted this they called and said it would be another week before I would receive any discount on my policy due to a system backlog....days after I paid the policy without the discount applied. Final Update: Everything did get fixed as of 3-11-2024, I did receive a refund for the premium I paid while everything was in a mess. Rob also sent a card apologizing for everything. The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because I did have to spend a lot of my own time on the phone with State Farm and driving to my agent trying to get this sorted."
